Job DescriptionReal Estate Transactions Attorney
A respected Cincinnati-based boutique law firm is seeking a Real Estate Transaction Attorney to join its expanding commercial practice. The firm advises developers, lenders, property owners, and closely held businesses on a wide range of real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development. This role offers direct client interaction, autonomy in managing transactions, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, business-focused legal environment.
Offer:
$135,000 - $175,000 annual base salary depending on experience + Bonus

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Ohio
2+ years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions in a law firm or in-house setting
Strong experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and loan documents
Familiarity with title and survey review, zoning, land use, and closing procedures
Excellent communication, client service, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple deals independently while collaborating with team members and stakeholders
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development projects
Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, loan documents, and commercial leases
Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review and resolution of title issues
Coordinate closings with clients, lenders, title companies, and other counsel
Advise clients on legal risks, regulatory compliance, and structuring transactions
Maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts
