Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous Clean Room Assembler to join our growing team. You will be responsible for assembling components in a cleanroom environment, ensuring that all products meet high standards of quality and precision. This role involves working with various tools and equipment, following detailed instructions, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the assembly process.
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, position, and align tubing and components for assembly.
- Operate cable guns, tubing spreaders, bag sealers, tubing cutters, and manual cutting devices.
- Read instructions and drawings, assembling products to specified specifications.
- Determine the sequence of assembly processes.
- Clean components and finished assemblies to maintain quality standards.
- Package products according to standards and/or drawing instructions.
- Operate within a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict cleanliness and safety protocols.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in using measurement tools and assembly equipment.
- Ability to document requirements and follow work instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in a GMP environment is a major plus.

Work Environment
Work is performed in a cleanroom environment, requiring special clothing provided by the company, such as cleanroom coveralls, hair bouffant, hood, booties, and shoe covers. The team is currently growing, with new employees starting off in small teams of 2-4. Some tasks may involve repetitive work throughout the day.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Camarillo, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
