What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Handyman Technician to join our growing team. While skills and experience are valuable, we place a stronger emphasis on character, work ethic, and honesty. We believe that the right person with the right attitude can be trained in the technical skills—but no amount of training can replace integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of residential and commercial handyman tasks (repairs, maintenance, installations, and problem-solving)

Deliver high-quality service and workmanship to every customer

Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times

Communicate job progress and needs clearly with management

Look for opportunities to provide additional value to clients through add-on services and preventative solutions
Pay & Benefits
This position is performance-based pay. You’ll be rewarded directly for the value you bring to the company and our customers, not just the hours you clock in. Pay is tied to measurable performance indicators such as:

Completing jobs correctly the first time (no warranty call-backs)

Adding additional services when appropriate

Qualifications

Previous handyman, construction, or maintenance experience is helpful but not required

Must have reliable transportation and basic tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Must pass a background check and drug test
