Aegis is partnered with a manufacturer in the Ashland City, TN area and they are in need of a Robotic Weld Technician to join their team for their 2nd shift.
About the Role:
Looking for a hands-on problem-solver who loves machines and robots? As a Weld Technician, you’ll keep our robotic welding systems and production equipment running smoothly. This role is a mix of mechanical, electrical, and welding work—if you like troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing industrial systems, this is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot robotic welders and production equipment.
- Perform occasional arc welding to support production needs.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
- Assist with installation and optimization of new equipment.
- Keep equipment running safely and efficiently.
You Bring:
- Experience in industrial maintenance, robotics, or welding.
- Arc welding skills (MIG, TIG, or stick).
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting know-how.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
- Problem-solving mindset and a hands-on attitude.
