 Now Hiring Hospice Caregivers Assisting Hands Home Care of West Houston We are seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to provide support and comfort to clients receiving hospice care in the familiarity of their own homes. Duties Include:

<li>Assisting with personal hygiene care (bathing, dressing, toileting) </li>
<li>Supporting clients with ambulation and safe transfers </li>
<li>Providing light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment </li>
<li>Preparing meals and offering hydration reminders </li>
<li>Offering companionship, comfort, and emotional support to clients and families </li>
