Requirements
Qualifications for the Store Associate role include:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers and provide information.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Attention to detail to maintain store cleanliness and assist with inventory tasks.
