Job Summary
We are seeking an IT SAP Specialist to join our global IT team with a focus on our North American locations. In this role, you will act as an in-house consultant. You will independently plan, organize, and execute SAP-related projects with a focus on production, supply chain, warehouse, and quality management. You’ll manage and optimize SAP modules (PP/PI, MM/WM, QM) and support FI and CO integration, ensuring compliance with global IT standards and regulatory requirements.
This is a full time, hybrid role located in/near St. Paul MN or West Caldwell, NJ
- Hybrid potential after initial probationally period, up to 2 days/week
- Travel between the MN and NJ sites is required. Occasional travel to Germany as well.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead SAP projects and enhancements for production and supply chain processes both MN and NJ sites.
- Configure and customize SAP modules (PP, MM, WM, QM, PM).
- Analyze business processes and implement improvements.
- Provide user training and support across North America-currently sites in MN and NJ.
- Collaborate with global SAP teams on international rollout projects.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and DEA standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in SAP with functional and technical expertise in PP/PI, MM/WM, QM.
- SAP Skills:
- SAP configuration and customizing experience
- ABAP development knowledge- ability to read code
- Familiarity with FI and CO integration
- Experience with barcode technologies
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a GMP regulated environment.
- Project management experience helpful
- Experience with at least 1-2 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
