About the Role

We're looking for a technical Implementation Manager to guide our clients from the moment a deal is signed through to successful launch. You’ll own the post-sales process, helping customers integrate with our platform across three tiers of complexity: full APIs, lightweight implementations, and single-line-of-code options.

This role combines deep technical knowledge with outstanding client-facing skills. You'll serve as a hybrid of solutions engineer, implementation engineer, and sales engineer — but with a primary focus on delivering smooth, scalable implementations that transition seamlessly into ongoing support.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead technical implementations from post-sale through to production launch

  • Own customer onboarding across a range of integration depths — from full custom APIs to out-of-the-box options

  • Act as the key technical point of contact for customers, translating business requirements into successful integrations

  • Troubleshoot implementation roadblocks, working closely with product and engineering teams to resolve issues quickly

  • Build strong relationships with customer engineering and product teams to ensure long-term success

  • Transition accounts smoothly from onboarding to support once live

  • Collaborate with Sales and Product to provide feedback on integration patterns and customer needs

  • Maintain deep technical fluency with the platform and continually improve onboarding playbooks

About You

  • 5+ years in a technical implementation, solutions engineering, or post-sales role at a B2B SaaS or fintech company
  • Experience in implementation or solutions engineering for API-driven products

  • Strong technical background – comfortable navigating APIs, debugging integration issues, and working closely with engineers

  • Clear communicator with excellent client-facing skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a simple, accessible way

  • Experienced working across multiple customer integration types, from no-code to complex custom builds

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent onboarding projects

  • Proactive, resourceful, and excited by the opportunity to build foundational processes in a fast-growing team

  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting to change quickly in a startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with mortgage, lending, or highly regulated financial platforms is a plus

  • Familiarity with REST APIs, basic scripting, and tools like Postman or equivalent

  • Experience working closely with both enterprise and mid-market customers
