What You’ll Do
As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you’ll play an essential role in helping our clients maintain their independence and enjoy a better quality of life. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Providing light housekeeping support, including laundry, meal preparation, and tidying up.
- Offering companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitoring client well-being and reporting any changes to the appropriate team members.
- Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for clients at all times.
