Mission Statement
Lead and execute technical projects that drive Modern Amenities' platform evolution from coaching-dependent to recurring revenue SaaS model. Serve as a technical project specialist who can independently manage automation workflows, data systems, and cross-platform integration while supporting the broader team's strategic initiatives.
Key Outcomes (6-12 Month Goals)Quarter 1 (0-3 months)
- System Mastery: Achieve proficiency in Asana, Airtable, Make, Zapier, N8N workflows, and Clay Workbooks within 30 days
- Process Documentation: Create standardized documentation for 5+ existing automation workflows
- Quick Wins: Complete 3-5 small technical projects to demonstrate capability and integration with team Quarter 2-4 (3-12 months)
- Project Ownership: Independently manage 2-3 medium-complexity technical projects simultaneously
- Automation Excellence: Build and maintain 10+ automation workflows that save the team 15+ hours per week
- VendHub Support: Contribute to platform development by managing data integrations and workflow optimizations
- Team Multiplication: Enable other team members to be 25% more productive through technical support and automation
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement 5+ operational efficiency improvements
Core CompetenciesTechnical Skills (Must-Have)
- Automation Platforms: Advanced proficiency in Make.com, Zapier, or N8N
- Project Management: Expert-level Asana and/or Airtable usage
- Data Management: Comfortable with data manipulation, CSV handling, and basic database concepts. Understanding of GTM tool - Preferred
- API Integration: Understanding of webhook integrations and basic API connections
- Marketing & Lead Generation: Understanding of lead gen processes, email campaigns, CRM workflows, and marketing automation
- Documentation: Strong technical writing skills for process documentation

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Project Management (40%)
- Manage 2-3 concurrent technical projects using Asana
- Coordinate with team members across different time zones
- Track project progress and communicate status updates
- Identify and resolve project blockers
Automation & Integration (35%)
- Build and maintain automation workflows in Make, Zapier, N8N
- Troubleshoot existing automations and optimize performance
- Integrate new tools into existing tech stack
- Create data flows between platforms (HubSpot, Airtable, etc.)
- Support lead generation campaigns and marketing automation workflows
Process Improvement (15%)
- Document and standardize recurring processes
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows
- Recommend and implement operational improvements
- Train team members on new tools and processes
Strategic Support (10%)
- Support VendHub platform development initiatives
- Assist with data analysis and reporting projects
- Contribute to technical decision-making discussions
- Research and evaluate new tools and technologies

Interview Process
