Role Overview:
The firm seeks a
Senior Paralegal with solid Federal Court Litigation experience, ideally with a background in Intellectual Property (IP). The position involves supporting attorneys in high-level litigation, including preparing for trial. Some travel will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and assist in legal filings: pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals
- Conduct legal research and manage case-related information
- Communicate directly with clients, court staff, and attorneys
- Organize and maintain electronic files and litigation documents
- Manage exhibit lists and assist attorneys during trial preparation
- Track and coordinate litigation deadlines
- Analyze and review incoming case materials
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of Federal Court Litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of Federal Court rules and e-filing
- IP litigation experience highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification preferred
- Highly organized with excellent communication and analytical skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficient with legal research tools and software
