Your mission
Reporting to the Director of CIP and Automation, you will blend hands-on automation engineering with data analytics to unlock throughput, quality, and safety improvements across our manufacturing lines.
What youll build
- Automation roadmaps from current-state workflow analysis and bottleneck identification.
- Integrated systems that connect PLCs, robots, and controls with existing equipment.
- Feasibility studies and ROI models that justify capital automation initiatives.
- Clear documentationSOPs, work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
- Performance feedback loops that monitor uptime, quality, and cycle time.
- Training programs that empower operators and technicians to run automated equipment confidently.
- Live dashboards that visualize KPIs and spotlight anomalies for quick action.
What youll bring
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Approximately 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
- Proven history of transforming manual tasks into automated processes in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong command of PLCs, robotics, and process control technologies.
- Competence with CAD and simulation tools.
- Six Sigma certification is advantageous.
Core proficiency: Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering.
