Tuesdays & Fridays — 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (2 hours per day, 2 days per week)
Janitor / Cleaning Staff – Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and hardworking janitor to join our team. This is a part-time cleaning position focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment inside our building, with occasional outdoor tidying as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to perform a variety of cleaning tasks independently.
Responsibilities

Gather and empty trash and recycling bins

Sweep, mop, or vacuum floors

Clean windows, walls, mirrors, and glass surfaces

Clean and sanitize bathrooms; restock supplies (soap, toilet paper, etc.)

Clean spills and address hazards using proper tools

Change light bulbs as needed

Lock doors and ensure building security when finishing tasks

Notify management of any major repair needs

Maintain cleaning supply inventory and request replacements when necessary
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred

Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing

Basic writing and arithmetic skills

Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail

Shop or maintenance course experience is a plus
