Adecco RPO is hiring Machine Operators for the LGES – HONDA Joint Venture, located in Jeffersonville, Ohio. They develop and manufacture large lithium-ion polymer batteries and packs of the highest quality for electric vehicle (EV) and energy storage applications. This is a permanent, direct-hire position with LH Battery! Below are a few details about the role:

Shift options:

  • 1st: Fixed Pitman schedule 6am-6pm

  • 3rd: Fixed Pitman schedule 6pm-6am

This position comes with:

  • A starting pay of $21.84/hr. + $2.00/hr. shift differential for 3rd shift.

  • 1.5x pay for hours over 40

  • Uniform stipend of $250 per year

  • Safety shoe reimbursement

  • Full benefits beginning the 1st of the month post-hire!

  • 401(k) with up to 4% total company match, vested on day 1!

  • Paid time off, holidays, jury duty, and bereavement time offered.

  • Pay increases every 6 months for 36 months

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Must be able to speak/understand English
