<li>Offer gentle redirection and reassurance during moments of confusion or anxiety</li>
<li>Engage clients in music, conversation, and memory activities that spark joy</li>
<li>Encourage hydration, nutrition, and daily routines</li>
<li>Observe and report changes in condition, mood, or memory to the care team </li>
