We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team inthe Murfreesboro area.Weekday shifts (MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:00 PM)are available as well asweekend hoursfor those seeking flexible scheduling. In this rewarding role, you will provide personalized care and support to seniors and adults with disabilities through our community-based residential alternative service program.

As a DSP, youll work closely with up to three individuals who reside in supported living homes, ensuring their safety, independence, and quality of life. You will play a vital role in implementing Person-Centered Support Plans (PCSPs), fostering meaningful relationships, and promoting inclusion within the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance and support tailored to each individuals needs.
• Monitor and implement Person-Centered Support Plans (PCSPs).
• Encourage independence, employment, and personal growth.
• Facilitate social, recreational, and community activities.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive home environment.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to helping others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or seniors (preferred).
• Ability to promote independence and inclusion in all aspects of life.
