Paradise Valley 10 bed residential assisted living home is seeking an assistant caregiver, CNA and/or Certified Caregiver to add to our wonderful team Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday (48-60 hour work week available). Both cooking and resident care are a must for this team position. Experience with the elderly and cognitive impairment. Must be team oriented and communicates well.
Camelback Residential Assisted Living a Paradise Valley assisted living home licensed for 10. We have 2 other 10 bed assisted living homes within 2-5 blocks for future growth should an opening shifts are available.
COMPENSATION: Will depend on your experience, demonstrated level of competence and the quality of care that you provide. We have room for advancement and are looking for high quality people. If you are not dependable please do not reply. We take pride knowing our staff and residents are all family. Current staff employed 3-5years.

Hourly pay starts at $18.50/hour depending on experience and credentials. Any accrued PTO paid out at year end. Insurance participation available after 90 days. Overtime pay after 40 hour per week is $27.75 (Assistant will be $18/ and $27 respectively)

You must speak English.
REQUIREMENTS ARE:
1. Arizona Caregivers certificate or CNA or Assistant Caregivers which meet the credentials below but no license needed.
2. Up to date CPR and First Aid cards.
3. Valid Arizona finger print card.
4. TB test in the last 6 months (2 skins tests within the last 12 months or 1 blood TB test).
5. Must be willing to obtain your Memory Care Certification with 30 days after hire. This is a State mandated 8 hour course with a Certification.
6. Must be legal to work - W2 ADP payroll
7. Ready to work right away.
8. Must speak and understand English reasonably well
