Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $19 - $22 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Field Maintenance Technician:
General building repairs: Fixing structural damage like windows, doors, and walls, as well as painting and carpentry. Electrical work: Repairing damaged wiring and electrical systems. Plumbing: Fixing leaks and other issues with water fixtures. HVAC: Performing maintenance and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Troubleshooting: Diagnosing technical issues and finding appropriate solutions. Preventative maintenance: Applying preventative measures to reduce the likelihood of future problems. Customer service: Interacting with clients, managing workflow, and building customer relationships. Documentation: Producing detailed service reports for site visits and maintaining records of procedures.
Available shifts:
Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), Weekends
Job requirements:
Technical proficiency: A broad understanding of various trades, including basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Problem-solving: The ability to diagnose and solve complex technical issues. Tool and equipment use: Proficiency with common hand and power tools. Communication: Clear communication with clients and other technicians. Organizational skills: The ability to manage workflow and document work effectively. Physical ability: The capacity for physical labor as required for maintenance tasks.
