Job Title: CNC Machinist (1st Shift | $35/HR)
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist who can follow rules, instructions, and guidelines while performing assigned duties. You will collaborate with various departments, operating CNC mill and lathe machines, and documenting progress using data collection sheets and Microsoft Navision software. Successful candidates will complete machine tool adjustments post-training, and ensure quality control by using measuring equipment to track product quality.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC mill and lathe machines efficiently.
- Document progress using data collection sheets and Microsoft Navision software.
- Complete machine tool adjustments after training.
- Use measuring equipment to ensure product quality per data collection sheets.
- Operate inspection tools like calipers, micrometers, gages, and other specialized equipment.
- Lift up to 50 lbs. and operate small hand tools for deburring and cutting.
- Maintain punctuality and adhere to work hours.
- Move products using a forklift.
Essential Skills
- Experience in Full Set Ups on CNC Mills.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading.
- Ability to edit programs using G&M codes at the machine controls.
- Experience in quality inspection using inspection tools.
- High School Diploma or GED.

Work Environment
This position operates on the 1st shift from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. Enjoy travel benefits including hotel accommodations and per diem for meals during training in Michigan, with training conducted Monday through Friday. Post-training, the role is full-time on-site in Hudson, OH with no travel. Our facility is clean, well-organized, and focused on expanding our offerings for the automotive industry.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
