Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team in providing quality care and support the aging and oncology population in their homes. The ideal candidate is dedicated to helping others, reliable, flexible with scheduling, and capable of assisting clients with daily living needs.
Qualifications

Must have previous care giver experience

High school graduate or equivalent
-
18 years or older
-
Current fingerprint clearance card
-
Physically able to assist clients with lifting, repositioning, and mobility support
-
Flexibility to work weekends and evening shifts
Key Responsibilities
-
Provide personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
-
Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
-
Monitor and report changes in client’s condition
-
Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship
-
Follow care plans and ensure client safety and comfort
-
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Requirements
-
DCW certification
-
CPR certification
-
Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes

Professionalism, compassion, and strong communication skills
