Resident Service CoordinatorThe Opportunity: Be the Heart of Our Properties

We are seeking a highly professional, organized, and dedicated Resident Service Coordinator to be the primary point of contact for our properties (co-ops and rentals). This is a crucial, high-visibility role for a structured "people person" who excels at building professional relationships, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring operational excellence.

If you thrive on setting high standards, managing priorities, and keeping a positive, disciplined environment, we invite you to apply.

Job Description & Core Responsibilities

I. Resident and Customer Service Excellence

  • Front-Line Contact: Serve as the friendly, professional, and reliable first point of contact for all Residents and guests.
  • Issue Resolution: Promptly and effectively handle all Resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate positive, professional relationships with Residents, board members, vendors, and contractors.
  • Global Thinking: See the bigger picture; understand how service interactions and daily coordination contribute to the property's long-term success and reputation.

II. Operational Discipline & Coordination

  • Structure & Organization: Maintain highly organized administrative systems, including Resident files, service logs, and property documents.
  • Workflow Management: Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and maintenance schedules efficiently and with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Minor Financial Tasks (Support Role): Assist with basic, non-complex financial administration, such as tracking fee/rent collection status, processing basic receipts, and forwarding invoices for approval. No advanced budgeting or financial reporting is required.

III. Professionalism and Integrity

  • Confidentiality (Non-Negotiable): Maintain strict confidentiality for all company discussions, office information, and internal affairs. This applies especially to Residents and outside parties.
  • Boundary Setting: Possess the strength and communication skills to clearly, respectfully, and consistently set and enforce property rules and company policies.
  • Integrity: Maintain a professional and drama-free environment. You must strictly avoid and shut down hearsay, rumor-mongering, or unprofessional conduct.
  • Priority: Your decisions and actions must consistently reflect that the Company and Property are the absolute priority.
  • Creativity: Bring a touch of creativity to improve processes or enhance the Resident experience (e.g., communications, minor event planning).
