- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs.
- Provide direct instruction and support to students through virtual online platforms.
- Collaborate effectively with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure holistic student development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student performance and progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Special Education.
- Active North Dakota licensure with Special Education endorsement.
- Previous experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting.
- In-depth knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
