Full service custom sign company looking for a motivated candidate to oversee production process and installation schedule, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining quality standards. This individual will work with sales and production team and be responsible for final outcome of projects and maintaining projected timelines in a fast paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with sales and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Plan job schedules and assignments to meet production goals
- Maintain customer communication on timeline and installation details
- Schedule and maintain installation team schedule
- Conduct employee training on equipment and safety procedures
Functions/Qualifications:
- Must have good understanding of electrical sign construction
- Must have management and scheduling experience
- Must be highly organized and have excellent communication skills
- Incredible focus and attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Must be dependable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; Access, Outlook, Excel, Access, Word
- Must possess basic mechanical and electrical understanding
- Forklift experience a plus
