Job DescriptionHairdreams USA is seeking a licensed cosmetologist to educate stylists and salons on our professional hair extension and hair replacement systems.Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Lead in-person and virtual education for partner salons</li>
<li>This role requires frequent travel—up to 70% (approximately three weeks per month), with most trips lasting 5–6 consecutive days.</li>
<li>Present product knowledge, techniques, and demos</li>
<li>Support events, shows, and certification trainings</li>
<li>Provide technical and professional support to stylists</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Valid cosmetology license (required)</li>
<li>3+ years behind the chair</li>
<li>Beauty industry experience required</li>
<li>Hair extension + hair loss experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication + presentation skills</li>
<li>Willing to travel (up to 70%)</li>
<li>When not traveling, work onsite at our Torrance, CA office (not remote position)</li>
</ul>
Compensation:
<ul>
<li>Base + incentives</li>
<li>$70K on-target earnings</li>
<li>Travel expenses covered</li>
