Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough legal research to aid attorneys in case preparation and proceedings.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate case facts and gather relevant information to support negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing parties, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor adherence to local and state legal regulations and rules.
• Maintain organized records and securely store client information.
• Assist with trial preparation, including discovery and document management.
• Utilize case management software to track case progress and deadlines.
• Consistently meet billable requirement of 25 hours per week.
• Possess a Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrate expertise in family law.
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
• Experience with case management software is highly desirable.
