As a Lead Behavior Manager at Green Tree School & Services, you will provide leadership and guidance to the Behavior Management team while supporting a safe, structured, and positive school environment. You’ll model and coach best practices in behavior intervention, data tracking, and crisis prevention to help every student and staff member thrive.
What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate others

Experience in behavioral support, crisis intervention, or special education environments
-
Calm, patient, and professional demeanor during challenging situations

Basic computer skills for documentation, data analysis, and communication
What You’ll Do

Supervise and support Behavior Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality behavioral interventions

Lead daily briefings and debriefings to align safety plans and staff deployment

Model Positive Behavior Support and Crisis Prevention strategies throughout the school day

Collect, review, and analyze behavior data to inform interventions and student progress

Collaborate with school leaders, teachers, and clinicians to maintain a safe, student-centered environment
