We seek a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent maintenance skills and attention to detail. We want to add a "rock star" to our top-notch team! The apartment community has 275+ units.
EPA CERTIFICATION, RENOVATION, AND COMPUTER LITERACY REQUIRED

Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of experience in the maintenance field
- Multifamily housing experience preferred
- Overseeing a staff of 2 technicians / managerial skills required
- Make Ready
- Plumbing, Electrical, Tile, Carpentry
- Apartment Turns / Work orders
- Honest, loyal, and reliable
