ISN is seeking an experienced PPIS Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the preservation and inspection of Pre-Foreclosure and REO properties. This role involves managing PPIS Specialists, coordinating with vendors, ensuring compliance with client standards, and maintaining the properties in a marketable and regulatory-compliant condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train PPIS Specialists; monitor production and assess work quality.
- Assign and manage work orders for inspections and preservation tasks.
- Ensure high-quality vendor selection using performance data and scorecards.
- Resolve escalated issues in collaboration with team members and management.
- Maintain and update system of record with current property information.
- Review and approve vendor bids for repairs and services.
- Coordinate timely services (e.g., inspections, initial secures, winterization, lawn/pool care).
- Respond to emergency property issues with rapid vendor dispatch.
- Work with Accounting to ensure timely processing of vendor invoices.
- Compile reports for internal management and external clients.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in property preservation/inspection (Pre-Foreclosure & REO).
- Experience with government-owned properties is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone and messaging etiquette.
- Proficient with proprietary and general software systems.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
- Must pass preemployment screening and a government suitability investigation.
