Transactional Attorneys

We are seeking two lateral attorneys preferably with real estate, finance and/or corporate law experience.

Regulatory Attorney

We are also seeking a lateral attorney for our energy, telecommunications, water and transportation regulatory practice group. Prior experience with regulatory law, administrative law, and/or commercial litigation is preferred.
