Job Description
We are seeking a Mobile Home Park Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions. We pay $20 per hour as Work Credit until the rent is paid, then as pay above the work credit for excess hours. All hours worked must be documented and turned in every other week. The Park Manager's Handbook is required reading and must be followed. A manager's house may be provided, if needed. Other terms may be provided as the situation dictates. Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions in the park</li>
<li>Attract and educate new tenants</li>
<li>Investigate and resolve tenant complaints</li>
<li>Update and improve properties to increase return on investment</li>
<li>Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion</li>
<li>Supervise and train property staff</li>
<li>Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in property management or other related fields</li>
<li>Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with tenants</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and prioritize</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
</ul>
