Job Summary

The IT Infrastructure Analyst – Level 1 supports daily infrastructure operations and basic troubleshooting for network, systems, and security issues. This entry-level role contributes to the smooth operation of Lighthouse Autism Center’s IT backbone by assisting with deployments, monitoring systems, and supporting new center openings.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for infrastructure technologies including network devices, firewalls, and cloud platforms.

• Assist in the configuration and deployment of IT systems, switches, and wireless access points.

• Support new center technology installations and on-site verification work.

• Escalate complex issues while documenting findings and steps taken.

• Monitor infrastructure health and performance.

• Maintain compliance with IT security and operational standards.

• Complete assigned project tasks within scope and timeline.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Occasional travel is required, typically 2–5 days per month, to support new center openings, site setups, or infrastructure maintenance.

Requirements:

Technical Skill Areas

• Basic experience with Fortinet, Ubiquiti, and SonicWALL.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

• Exposure to networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).

• Basic scripting or automation exposure a plus.

• Preferred certifications: CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Fundamentals.
