Job Description
A leading EPC firm that recently won an exciting project with a supermajor is seeking a Topside Engineering Manager to lead offshore topsides design. You will manage engineering execution for floating platforms, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors, oversee 3D models and design reviews, and ensure design quality, schedule, and budget targets are met. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to a high-profile project and influence engineering outcomes on complex offshore facilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine Engineering
- 15–20 years in offshore topsides design, including floating platforms
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, client/Class interfaces, and subcontractors
- Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural EPC environment and manage risk and ambiguity
