We are looking for dependable and safety-focused individuals to join our production and disassembly team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role involving equipment operation, power tools, and the handling of heavy materials. Candidates must be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning multiple aspects of plant operations.

What You’ll Do
General Production & Operation
-
Operate industrial furnace safely and efficiently
-
Support other plant operations when the furnace is not running (approximately 2 weeks per month)

Operate cranes
-
Operate power tools and hand tools
-
Perform torch cutting
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-
Follow safety procedures and all work instructions
Disassembly Work
-
Disassemble small and large transformers
-
Remove and drain oil from units
-
Remove coils from transformers
-
Operate small and large hydraulic presses
-
Operate small and large hydraulic shears
-
Climb ladders and work at heights
-
Lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
Qualifications
-
Mature, dependable, and safety-conscious
-
Ability to follow instructions with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working independently or as part of a team

Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights or weekends as needed

Willingness to learn and cross-train across departments

Ability to stay focused without distractions (including personal devices)

Must provide own basic hand tools
Shifts & Schedule
Swing Shifts (rotate weekly):
-
Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Middle Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
-
Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (when furnace is running)

Midnight Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM (when furnace is running)
$0.35/hour for Afternoon and Midnight shifts once in a full-time role
Other Shifts & Schedule include:

Monday – Friday 7am-3:30pm

Overtime available (not typically mandatory)
