Job DescriptionWe are seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team! Candidates should have at least one (1) year of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities (ID) in a group home or similar residential setting. Available Positions: ✅ Full-Time ✅ Part-Time ✅ PRN (As Needed) Qualifications &amp; Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities (ID) </li>
<li>Medication Certification, First Aid/CPR, and Behavior Management training are preferred </li>
<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills </li>
<li>Reliable transportation and flexibility with scheduling </li>
</ul>
Responsibilities Include: 
<ul>
<li>Providing daily support and supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities </li>
<li>Assisting with activities of daily living, medication administration, and community engagement </li>
<li>Promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion </li>
<li>Following person-centered support plans and documentation requirements </li>
