Compensation: $19.03 per hour to start • Status: Full-time • Pay Frequency: Weekly

Work hours

• Full-time day shift
• Monday – Friday: 7am – 5pm
• Saturday: 8am – 12pm
• Sunday: Closed

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert counter service: greet customers, identify needs, recommend solutions, upsell complementary products, and process sales using the point-of-sale system
• Mix and tint paint precisely to customer specifications
• Stock shelves, load and unload trucks, and maintain a clean, organized store
• Deliver paint and supplies to retail and wholesale customers and job sites using a PPG company vehicle
• Verify orders and match items to paperwork at loading and delivery
• Use vehicle technology for routing and documentation; complete delivery paperwork promptly
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good order
• Resolve issues with professionalism while maintaining PPG service standards
• Complete mandatory safety training and wear protective gear as required
• Report to the Store Manager and collaborate with team members

Required qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license in state of residence with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to maintain a driving record that meets company insurance and safety standards
• Customer service experience, team-first approach, and a stable job history
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime
• Physical capacity to stoop, kneel, and crouch; lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly
