Practice in Lawrenceville is seeking a talented, patient-focused Licensed Aesthetician with Georgia Laser Certification (Assistant or Senior Laser Practitioner) to join our growing medical spa team within our dermatology group. This is a full-time position in a reputable, high-volume practice offering advanced treatments, a supportive environment, and strong internal patient demand.
About the Role
The ideal candidate is an experienced aesthetic provider who is confident performing clinical skincare services and cosmetic laser treatments while delivering a 5-star patient experience. You will work in collaboration with our dermatology providers and medical director to offer safe, effective aesthetic outcomes.
Responsibilities

Perform clinical aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, skin analysis, and treatment planning

Perform cosmetic laser and light-based services in accordance with Georgia GCMB scope (hair removal, skin rejuvenation, IPL, non-ablative treatments, etc.)

Maintain accurate treatment notes and ensure proper charting within EMR

Educate patients on skincare, aftercare, treatment plans, and product recommendations

Collaborate with dermatology and medical providers for comprehensive patient care

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and adherence to all Georgia cosmetic laser regulations

Upsell / cross-sell treatment plans, packages, skincare products, and memberships

Participate in ongoing training, staff meetings, and practice growth events
Requirements

Georgia Licensed Aesthetician or Master Cosmetologist

Georgia Assistant or Senior Laser Practitioner License required (GCMB-issued)

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetics practice

Strong knowledge of skin conditions, medical-grade skincare, and device safety

Excellent communication, professionalism, and patient-focused mindset

Comfort with sales, treatment planning, and building long-term patient relationships

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dermatology setting with high patient volume

Experience with multiple laser platforms (e.g., hair removal, IPL, non-ablative resurfacing)

Familiarity with EMR systems and documentation

Prior dermatology or physician-led practice experience
