Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are currently looking for a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team and make a difference in the lives of students with diverse learning needs. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing tailored educational support and fostering an inclusive learning environment.
Position Overview:
- Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
- Duration: 25/26 School Year
- Caseload: Elementary Instructional - 2nd-4th Grade Students
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Special Education (or related field)
- Valid Illinois Special Education certification/license
- Valid Special Education: Developmental Cognitive Disabilities Cert (DSD)
- In-depth knowledge of diverse learning styles and effective instructional techniques
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
