Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A K-12 school in Ann Arbor, MI, is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services throughout the academic year. This full-time (with part-time consideration) contract position involves onsite collaboration with educators, students, and families to support student learning and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students across grades K-12.
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to address behavioral and learning challenges.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide consultation on student progress.
- Support positive school climate initiatives and crisis intervention as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with school policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or license.
- Experience working within K-12 educational settings.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
- Commitment to collaborative problem-solving and student advocacy.
This role is onsite in Ann Arbor, MI, requiring approximately 35 hours per week. The contract covers the entire school year, ensuring consistent and stable psychological support for students and staff.
