Overview

CTG is looking for a skilled BI/Application Developer to design and build business intelligence, data warehousing, and reporting solutions using Microsoft BI tools like Power BI, Power BI Report Builder (Paginated), Power BI Embedded, and SSRS.

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: 12 months

What You’ll Do:

• Build and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for performance, usability, and security.

• Write complex queries using Power Query, DAX, R, and T-SQL.

• Work with AWS tools (Glue, PySpark, Hadoop) for data integration and processing.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

• Apply best practices for standardization, testing, and documentation.

Must-Have Skills:

• Expertise in Microsoft BI tools and SQL Server programming.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in US Cards/Banking domain.

• Knowledge of AWS platform components (Glue, PySpark, Hadoop).

• Experience implementing security and optimizing dashboards.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
