Job DescriptionOverview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, platform best practices, and enterprise standards. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive platform adoption, scalability, and performance across multiple modules and business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and architectural best practices.

  • Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, architects, and key stakeholders.

  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules, ensuring seamless workflows, integrations, and comprehensive reporting.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

  • Facilitate requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and change management to drive adoption and operational excellence.

  • Ensure compliance with ITIL, Agile, and CSDM governance frameworks and standards.

  • Monitor project KPIs and performance dashboards within ServiceNow to report progress and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Coordinate testing, user training, and go-live support to ensure smooth transition and user satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to define long-term ServiceNow roadmaps and plan module upgrades or new capability deployments.



RequirementsMust-Have Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, from design through implementation and post-go-live support.

  • Demonstrated expertise in ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules, including workflow automation, system integration, and performance reporting.

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform governance, and configuration best practices.

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and ITIL-based service management processes.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
