Queen City TOTS (Teams of Tomorrow) works with children ages 3-5 in childcare centers, preschools and after-school programs in the South Charlotte area including Charlotte, Ballantyne, Matthews and Mint Hill etc. The instructors teach gross motor skills, academics and agility. The classes are focused around improving a child’s physical and mental growth through movement and music. TOT uses the perfect mixture of physical movement, hand eye coordination, and brain use to maximize the growth of preschool children.

THE JOB
- Teaching gross motor skills to children through imaginative play
- Coaching 25-45 min long sessions for children ages 3-5
- Managing a group while catering to the individuals
- Staying focused on time management and tasks
- Schedule is consistent weekly throughout a season
- Multiple consecutive season availability required
- Reliable transportation needed
- Energetic and love for children
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Background Check required
Compensation: Based per class + bonuses
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
