Job Description
We are hiring for weekend Direct Care Staff to start immediately! Assisting with clients in group home in the Lancaster, Tx area. Shifts available are: Saturday/ Sunday 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am. Starting pay is $9 per hour. Excellent start for a person interested in working in the home healthcare field. No experience necessary. We will train.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Administer care to ill, injured, or disabled patients</li>
<li>Meal Preparing</li>
<li>Monitor and report changes in client symptoms or behavior</li>
<li>Assist with toileting or bathing as need</li>
<li>Doing client laundry</li>
<li>Administering medications</li>
<li>Housekeeping</li>
<li>Maintain accurate client medical records and service logs</li>
<li>Provide advice and emotional support to client</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Compassionate and willing to assist as need</li>
<li>Be available to fill shift as need</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with clients</li>
<li>Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills</li>
<li>Ability to assist client with hygiene care</li>
