Window Gang is a professional exterior cleaning solutions company specializing in both residential and commercial jobs in the McKinney area. We have been the number one window cleaning company for 5 years in a row. We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced role on various outdoor cleaning projects.
JOB SUMMARY:
This position is for highly organized and customer-centric individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding results. Previous exterior cleaning experience is an asset, but not required. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Completing exterior cleaning projects such as window cleaning, house washing, gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and more
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Planning and managing workflow on the job site, ensuring timely completion
- Communicating effectively with clients to provide exceptional customer service
- Working as a team to complete tasks in the most efficient manner
- Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks
- Ability to mix the right chemicals to perform the projects
- Invoicing and payment completion for every job
- Selling further services to customers
- Owning marketing around each job site
- Driving the vehicle to and from each job
- Cleaning and maintaining the interior and exterior of the vehicle
- Representing Window Gang in the local community and networking with potential customers
as needs arise
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of professional window cleaning or pressure washing experience preferred
- Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
- Courteous, friendly personality and committed to great customer service
- A strong work ethic, highly dependable, and able to self-manage
- Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ llbs), in the summer sun and cold winters, and handling tools.
- Comfortable working on/with ladders up to 3 stories
- A driver's license is required with a good driving record
- Willing and able to work weekends
