Job Description
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Tech to join our team in the Short North! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion</li>
<li>Handle plumbing, electrical and painting work</li>
<li>Perform routine preventive maintenance</li>
<li>Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition</li>
<li>Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary</li>
<li>On call on a six week rotation</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields</li>
<li>Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
<li>HVAC experience a plus</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and valid drivers license</li>
