Robert Half is partnering with a top national industrial company in the Greater Portland Area to identify a Contracts Administrator who is ready to IMMEDIATELY jump in to assist and possibly join their team.
Pay Rate: $30-40 per hour
Duration: 3+ month, potential for contract-to-hire
Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee supplier agreements, master service agreements (MSAs), and vendor contracts to ensure compliance and alignment with company policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and reviews of contract terms to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
- Draft, review, and edit contract templates while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Provide expert advice on contract negotiations, pricing structures, and terms to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Support ongoing construction-related contracts and agreements as needed.
- Maintain an organized repository of executed contracts and related documentation for easy access and reference.
- Ensure timely renewal or termination of contracts in accordance with agreed-upon timelines.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and understanding of contract obligations.
- 2+ YOE in contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts.
- Manufacturing, Construction, or Industrial experience a HUGE PLUS!
The salary range for this position is $30-40/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
