We’re looking for a Service Technician to join our team and support our innovative S-Series and V-Series product lines. What You’ll Do
As a key part of our customer experience team, you’ll:
- Provide technical support for our S-Series and V-Series HVAC systems — helping customers over the phone and in the field
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to keep equipment running at its best
- Log customer interactions and solutions in our CRM platform to ensure a seamless experience
- Collaborate with our engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to improve product quality and reliability
- Help develop and deliver training for contractors and customers
- Support ongoing safety, quality, and continuous improvement efforts
- Travel up to 50% for field support, training, and hands-on problem solving
- Represent Cambridge’s values of excellence, integrity, and innovation in everything you do
Requirements:
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of experience in HVAC, technical support, or customer service
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting skills
- A knack for problem-solving remotely and building trust with customers
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with CRM systems and a commitment to accurate recordkeeping
