Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and proofread legal documents and correspondence
- Organize and maintain case files and legal records
- Schedule appointments, court dates, and meetings
- File legal documents with courts and other agencies
- Communicate with clients, courts, and other parties in a professional manner
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, data entry, and managing calendars
Qualifications:
- Legal experience required (either prior work experience or a degree in a legal-related field)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
