About the Role:
Mina Home Care is seeking dedicated Personal Care Aides to join our compassionate non-medical home care team. This position offers flexible scheduling while helping improve the lives of our clients in the comfort of their homes.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver quality, safe home care services to clients

Follow and implement individual care plans
-
Report on client conditions and participate in care conferences as needed

Maintain clear communication with supervisors and promptly submit required documentation

Support clients with daily living activities under agency guidelines
Requirements:
✅ High school diploma or GED
✅ At least 1 year of full-time experience in personal care, institutional care (hospital/nursing home), or home care within the last 5 years
✅ Compassionate attitude toward caring for the elderly
✅ Strong reading, writing, and communication skills
✅ Ability to work under supervision to ensure top-quality client care
✅ Must pass a criminal history check and drug test
