Family Law Attorney – Dallas or Arlington, TX
Employment Type: Direct Hire | Schedule: On-site, Full-Time | Salary: $100K–$140K + Monthly Bonus
CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a highly skilled Family Law Attorney to join a respected law firm in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of family law experience and be adept at managing a high-volume, client-focused caseload, including divorce, child support, and adoption cases. This position requires on-site presence in either the Dallas or Arlington office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations
- Manage and collaborate with a legal support team
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Prepare clients and exhibits for hearings
- Maintain accurate case records and billing information
- Provide timely updates and high-quality service to clients
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of family law experience
- Active member of the Texas State Bar
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, but not required
