This position is salaried and exempt from overtime pay. Based on job history and skills, this position is compensated starting at $93,800 annually. MV Advancements has bi-weekly pay periods.

OUR IDEAL AT & IT Manager

We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

  1. High school diploma, or equivalent, with 2+ years of industry experience or experience in information technology, assistive technology, and desktop administration with knowledge of the full Microsoft suite, including Windows 10/11, Active Directory, SharePoint, and mailbox creation.
  2. CompTIA A+ Certification preferred. 365 Administrator certifications preferred.
  3. Mobile Device Management (Microsoft 365 Intune) experience preferred.
  4. Thorough understanding of IT and its practical applications to support the company's goals.
  5. Experience or willingness to master and teach various applications used across a range of devices.
  6. Ability to think outside the box and problem-solve effectively while coordinating IT projects.
  7. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  8. Excellent organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, and prioritization skills in a fast-moving environment.
  9. Complete all required training within the associated training timelines.
  10. 18 years of age or older, possess a current valid driver's license with a driving record of 2 or more years of safe and responsible driving, and be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States at the time of hire.
